Our Mechanical Design and Fabrication Center completes all mechanical designs and fabrication utilizing Solid Works 3-D computer aided design software and computer aided manufacturing techniques. This provides the opportunity for our customers to participate in E-CAD design reviews no matter whether their company is next door, or on the other side of the world.

In addition, TestPro’s mechanical design group has many years of experience and has completed literally hundreds of projects involving the integration of actuators to push, pull and turn knobs, buttons and switches. We have integrated sensors for color recognition (including LED’s), proximity, pressure and temperature, and have plugged and unplugged virtually every connector possible.

For test fixtures requiring the design, fabrication or installation of electronic assemblies, TestPro has on staff a full complement of electronic engineers and technicians capable of designing, fabricating and wiring fixtures of any complexity. And should the requirements call for micro controller based hardware, TestPro has the capability to handle the required software.
