ICT Fixtures and Programs

In 2005, TestPro Systems completely revamped its In-Circuit Test facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Armed with new equipment, new tools, new processes and procedures, and a new attitude, TestPro Systems is positioned to support our customers' most demanding requirements in the years to come.

In 2005, TestPro added a new Excellon 5-spindle CNC Drilling Center. This machine provides the accuracy and repeatability necessary to address board topologies with ultra fine pitch targets, and the ability to drill multiple fixtures at one time. In addition, we installed semi-automatic wiring machines and an automatic fixture verification machine to improve quality and shorten delivery times.

We upgraded our ICT development capabilities by adding a new Test Research 5001 In-Circuit Test System to augment our Agilent 3070, Genrad 228x, and Teradyne 18xx capabilities. The addition of the TR-5001 represents TestPro's commitment to helping our customers find ways to lower the cost of test in an effort to remain competitive in a global economy.
