Functional
Test Platforms
When choosing a partner to handle the
development of a functional test platform, it’s
important to look “below the surface”
to insure that processes and procedures are in
place that will guarantee your project meets the
established design criteria and is delivered on
time and on budget.
TestPro Systems employs the Carnegie Mellon Capability
Maturity Model for Systems Integrators as the
basis for all of our process development. We have
implemented a documented and proven process that
insures we meet or exceed our customer’s
expectations each time we commission a new test
system.
At the heart of every TestPro functional test
project is a Project Manager dedicated to making
sure that each project meets the intended objectives.
Our Project Managers are technical and are involved
with every aspect of your project from the start
of the project through post-delivery support.
In addition to Project Managers, TestPro utilizes
the Project Team concept on all Functional Test
Platforms. Project Teams are led by Project Engineers
and generally comprise a mixture of the following
staff members:
Electronic Engineers
— TestPro has on-staff design engineers
experienced with analog, digital, mixed signal, and RF.
Software Engineers
— TestPro maintains on-staff, experienced
software engineers experienced in National Instruments Lab View,
Test Stand, VB, VB.Net, Visual C, and C++.
Mechanical Designers
— TestPro Systems has on-staff, experienced
mechanical designers that are well trained in
tooling and electronic packaging.
Technical Writers
— TestPro Systems prides itself on the
quality of documentation delivered with each project.
Technology Specialists
— While it’s not practical for TestPro
to employ a specialist for every discipline we encounter, we do maintain
good relationships with local universities and various contractors to
provide expertise on particular subject matters. These projects may include
optics, laser, and microwave.
